Dedicated to the memories of Philip (Kunju Sir) and Mariamma (Kochu Maria) who lived in the Kunnapuzha  family residence (Tharavadu) at Pullad, this site is about their children and grandchildren. Located by the side of Thiruvalla Kozhencheri road in Central Travancore, this Tharavadu was home for his father Philipose, a great grandson of Kurian Pillai who moved from his ancestral home at Palakunnathu Madam and lived at Maramon Themoottil house. Visit Palakunnathu web site or refer to 'History of Palakunnathu Family' for full details.

TRUSTED IN GOD TO RAISE THE ELEVEN

In this small Tharavadu house, they managed to raise their eleven children with a meager income of a school teacher. After the untimely demise of the father, the mother struggled hard to pull on. She trusted fully in God and incessantly prayed for a better future. Her children set an example of true family relationship, love and care for one another. Undoubtedly, her prayers were answered.

FORTY GRANDCHILDREN AROUND THE GLOBE
Now, their forty grandchildren (Photo 1975) try to maintain the  strong traditional bonding. This site should help them and all their well wishers to meet, communicate and further strengthen their relationships.
